Unity of Independence has partnered with The Sewing Labs to help us to build the kits for our classes. Monthly, the group gathers together to build the kits needed for the Sewing Labs. We enjoy fellowship while supporting each other. You are welcome to join us to build the kits after the morning services. Advance registration is suggested

Join us for printing on Cloth & paper using Gelli method. We will travel Friday afternoon to the Light Center in Baldwin Center KS. Start off by learning the basics of printing using Gelli, stencils layering and more. Stay up all night playing with printing and be ready for a full day Saturday of more techniques. Lodging is at The Light Center is peaceful. The Light Center is a natural sanctuary nestled on 35 wooded acres of sacred space. It is dedicated to living, learning and growing in partnership with Nature as we adapt to a rapidly changing world. Food is a cooperative event with everyone contributing. Your fee covers lodging, materials, some basic food essentials. Supply list available with your enrollment.
