Nicoya Helm - Redirection Logistics Assosciate
Nicoya combines professional experience in corporate IT and higher education with over 20 years of meditation training to create learning experiences that are personal, practical, and fun. A Kansas City native, she is passionate about building local, sustainable community. She holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Kansas and is a certified Unified Mindfulness coach and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. When not working, she enjoys making stuff, playing outside, and talking to strangers.
