Industrial Sewing Instructor
Stephanie McIntosh is a self-taught fashion designer, artist, and educator from Kansas City, Missouri, and the founder and creative director of Yet Luxxe, a luxury resort wear brand centered on ease, individuality, and intentional design.
Introduced to sewing at age six by her grandmother and father, Stephanie developed her craft through mentorship, workshops, independent study, and experimentation. Her design journey began with athletic and aerial wear before shifting toward the creative world of resort and swimwear. This evolution gave rise to Yet Luxxe as an expression of her true design aesthetic.
Stephanie’s inspiration comes from experiences and the unexpected details that capture her attention. Her approach is intuitive, allowing her vision and feelings to shape her work. Ultimately, Yet Luxxe was created for experiences. For the wearer to feel, explore, and experience the best parts of themselves.
Yet Luxxe has been featured at Kansas City Fashion Week, Omaha Fashion Week, and in artist exhibitions. As an educator, she has taught beginner sewing and workshops at The Academy of Patternmaking.
